The Preservers have designed The Seeker's Path, a transformative program to help you embody the character of the Prophet ﷺ in any situation you encounter.

As Allah says in Surah Qalam (68:4): "And you are surely on an excellent standard of character."

The goal of this program is to inspire your heart to emulate the greatest of mankind ﷺ and integrate his example into every aspect of your life.

The Seeker's Path is the required “Live” component in both levels of The Preservers Certification. Students pursuing certification complete this nine-month program at the mastery level as part of a structured journey from living the Qur'an to leading with it.

Complete Qur'an & Me (4 months), The Seeker's Path at mastery, at least two electives, and a final written or video reflection.

Level 02 Lead with the Qur'an

Certificate of Qur'anic Leadership

Complete Qur'an & Me (2 semesters), The Seeker's Path at mastery, VLA at mastery, at least four electives, and the Qur'an in Action capstone.

Imam Isa ibn Matta
Co-Founder, Director & Lead Instructor — The Preservers

Imam Isa ibn Matta is dedicated to serving the community through education, youth work, and da'wah. He grew up in Kentucky, went to Christian Seminary School, and served as a Youth Minister for years until, through the bounty of Allah, Imam Isa embraced Islam in 2013.

Since then he has had the honor to study with over a dozen Shuyukh, from the University of Madinah, Azhar University, Morocco, Pakistan, India, and Palestine. Imam Isa has completed ijāzāt in the Holy Qur'an, Arabic, Qira'aat, Tafsir, History, Aqeedah, and Tajweed.

His secular studies include Psychology, Philosophy, Communications, English, Arts, Project Management Professionalism, and certifications in Mental Health. Imam Isa strives to make Islam practical and accessible for people of all ages to help them meet Allah with Him pleased with them.

Who is this live course for?
No matter your role as a learner, educator, or professional, strive to exemplify the character of the Prophet ﷺ by adopting simplified codes that are easy to remember and apply in every aspect of your life.
What is the structure of this online program?
You will get access to the live class over Zoom so you can listen, learn and take part in the live and interactive discussions with the instructors. Recordings of the entire class will be available in the student portal just in case you can't make it to any part of the live session or wish to review what was covered later on.
When will it start and what's the schedule?
The live program takes place on Sundays from 9:30am–11:30am CT / 10:30am–12:30pm ET, September 13, 2026 – May 30, 2027.
What if I can't make it for the live class?
No worries. You will get lifetime access to a special student portal where you can listen to the recordings and still gain benefit, insha'Allah.
How much are the enrollment fees and is there financial aid?
The program fee is $75/month or $600 as a one-time payment. If you cannot afford it, please apply for a need-based scholarship at the-preservers.org/seekers-scholarship.
Can I take The Seeker's Path and VLA at the same time?
